Children's Information
Because our classes are for children, we may collect limited information about children so that we can respond to enquiries, assess which class may be suitable, and manage enrolment.
We take extra care with children's information. We aim to collect only what we need, keep it secure, limit who can access it, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Parents and guardians should not include highly sensitive information in the enquiry form unless it is necessary for us to understand the child's learning or safeguarding needs.
